The Dance Conservatory of Maryland is dedicated to providing the finest quality dance education for students of all ages and levels of interest. Our training program is proudly built on three principles: People, Passion and Performance. With our dance studio located in Harford County just south of Bel Air, Maryland, the Dance Conservatory has been training pre-professional dancers and enriching the lives of its students since it was founded in 1996.
In addition to the pre-professional academic ballet program, the DCM recreational program also offers dance classes for students ages 2 through adult in a wide variety of dance disciplines such as jazz, tap, preballet, modern dance and hip hop. Students at the Dance Conservatory of Maryland are also offered the opportunity to perform twice a year with the Harford Ballet Company - the only professional ballet company in the Northern Maryland region.
DCM students have received numerous scholarships and awards from top ballet schools, colleges and summer programs across the country. Whether you are a serious ballet student or want to enrich your life through learning a new dance discipline, the Dance Conservatory of Maryland offers a positive and exciting learning atmosphere for everyone.
